Receiving Nature's Gifts

Time in nature has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, stimulate the senses, and strengthen mental clarity.

Join us as we visually explore nature's wonders and the feelings they bring forth in us. You will experience and track your connections with nature and learn new ways of using nature in meditation, for reflection, and as inspiration.  All participants will receive a keepsake journal.

Take a guided walk exploring the space around you, collecting images, sparking new ideas, and experiencing the benefits of eco-therapy. Then, explore different ways of recording this healing connection with nature. All participants will receive a keepsake journal.
