My top value is growth. I love reading, blogging, writing, gardening, and listening to my favorite podcasts. I am a marriage and family therapist, and a national trainer for Stephen Ministry and Restorative Justice circles. I bring my family systems and my Server/Helper Enneagram Type-2 perspective to individuals, teams, and organizations. I am a wife and a mother of 3 girls and two cats.

My top value is accountability. I enjoy crafting, reading/listening to audio books, and writing. My background is developing leadership, facilitation skills, and working with teams and small groups. I bring my Enneagram Type-2 (the Server/Helper) to my relationships with friends, family, and in the volunteer work that I do. I am a wife and a mother of 3 who loves to travel in our RV whenever possible.

I am also classically trained on the violin and recently picked up the mandolin and bass guitar. I am a career sales, marketing and business development professional with over 40 years experience. I am a husband and a father of 4 children with a feisty chihuahua/rat terrier mix dog named Sharky.
